Well, its the second day - 4 more days until the New Year - time to create some momentum.
I went to the gym and did 50 minutes of cardio yesterday. Today, I went snowboarding for 2 hours then to the gym for another 45 of cardio and 10 minutes of weights.
I'm starting to dream about a streak in the New Year! Back for some more boarding tonight.
The idea is to reduce the drinks to 0 for Jan, then 2-3/week for Feb/March. I will have to find some motivation to make that happen.
Meanwhile, Ive been reading Four Hour Work Week and Thinking about how to work smarter in 2010 to make sure I have time and energy to actually accomplish my personal goals. A lot more thinking to do in this area for sure.

Goals
Ok, so what can I do to be better in 2010 than 2009 (or any previous year)? I could wait until Jan 1st, then start making changes but I thought I would start this week instead.
1. Be healthier and in better shape
2. Work smarter (which is going to be necessary to make #1 a reality)
3. Learn snowboard tricks
4. Golf consistently in 80's
